12/30/2003  Twenty Mile Station - Faestel Properties announces the Mainstreet Medical building at Twenty Mile Station. This will be an 85,000 SF 4-story medical office building located within the 590,000 SF Twenty Mile Station at the southwest corner of Mainstreet and Dransfeldt Rd. in the center of Parker. It is being built to accommodate physicians requiring close and efficient access to the new Parker Adventist Hospital that is 5 minutes north of the building. The design of the building will present spectacular mountain views afforded by its location, along with garden and courtyard visibility and access. The design team for Mainstreet Medical is Davis Partnership Architects.
