| 5/27/2005 | Parker Valley Center - Party America has signed a Lease at Parker Valley Center. This national party store, that operates in 45 states, offers two main categories as its basic product selection - everyday products and seasonal products. The everyday category makes up about 80% of the store and includes all the standard items for just about every type of party or celebration you can think of, from first birthday, baby shower, wedding, to luau and many others. The seasonal category creates a year round party in the stores. The year begins with a large assortment of New Year’s party and celebration supplies and move into Valentine’s Day, Mardi Gras, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter and Passover, Cinco de Mayo, Graduation, Fourth of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Hanukkah. Seasonal products are also carried for many of the year’s smaller holidays, like Chinese New Year and Labor Day. An October opening is anticipated.
