| 6/10/2005 | Parker Valley Center - Metro Carpet and Flooring has signed a Lease at Parker Valley Center within the 25,000 SF building on Lot 3. This will be a 5,000 SF carpet, hardwood flooring and tile store. The owners bring over a decade of experience in effectively operating a carpet and flooring store. A September opening is anticipated. |
