| 6/20/2005 | Parker Valley Center - A sales tax incentive package was unanimously approved by the Parker Town Council to build a 174,000 SF Super Target in Parker Valley Center. Projected employment is 350-450 people with average vehicle trips of 9,000 per day. The Super Target is scheduled to open in October, 2006. |
