| 12/7/2005 | Parker Valley Center - Site planning has begun for Lot 7 on the 1.509 Acre site located directly adjacent to the planned Super Target store. A 12,000 SF multi-tenant building will be constructed on the site. Lot 7 is situated on a full-turn movement with high visibility to Twenty Mile Rd. Tenants will benefit from the close proximity to the Super Target store, as well as the nearly 5,000 vehicles per day generated. The building is estimated to complete construction in Fall 2006. |
