| 12/29/2005 | Parker Valley Center - As a result of the addition of the Super Target to Parker Valley Center, Faestel Properties will be installing a signalized traffic light on Dransfeldt Rd. at the current full-turn movement aligned with the 25,000 SF building on Lot 3 (Party America, Colorado Liquor and Metro Carpet & Flooring) and the Super Wal-Mart. The anticipated traffic that will be generated by the new Super Target and the existing Super Wal-Mart requires that this light be installed to ensure safety and ease of traffic flow. |
