| 6/20/2006 | Parker Valley Center - Century 21 Metro Alliance has signed a lease for Suite 125 in the 21,000 SF building on Lot 4 at Parker Valley Center. This will be their 22nd office with locations in both Arizona and Colorado. Century 21 Metro Alliance recognizes the strong growth and residential demand in the Parker market, and will be a welcomed addition to the residential brokerage community. An early October opening is anticipated. |
