| 5/18/2009 | Parker Valley Center - Tequila Joe's has signed a lease for the 3,500 SF Suite 103 at Parker Valley Center. Tequila Joe's will be a higher-end Mexican restaurant also featuring a full bar aimed at capturing all major sporting events to fill this underserved element in Parker. The restaurant will also feature a fully activated 1,200 SF patio with a fire-pit to further enhance this higher-end restaurant destination. Tequila Joe's is anticipated to open in late July/early August. |
