Roadways and Traffic Summary:
  • To facilitate the continued residential growth and to insure the commercial infrastructure, the Town of Parker completed the 4-lane extension of Twenty Mile Rd. to Lincoln Ave. in December 2004.
  • The 4-lane extension of Dransfeldt Rd. was completed in June 2003 that allows cross access to the Power Center.
  • The traffic count data according to CDOT in December, 2005 was as follows:   
  • 11,000 vehicles per day at the Mainstreet and Dransfeldt Rd. intersection   
  • 6,000 vehicles per day at the Parker Rd. and Mainstreet intersection   
  • 22,000 vehicles per day at the Twenty Mile Rd. and Mainstreet intersection
